Learn the artistry and techniques of stained glass while creating your own beautiful Maple Leaf Wind Chime.
Led by stained-glass instructor Kelly Schulte-Smith, this six-session series will introduce participants to design, glass cutting, grinding, copper foiling and soldering. All supplies are included, so participants can focus on learning the craft and creating their own finished piece.
The class meets Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., September 10 through October 15, at the Mid Island Y JCC, 45 Manetto Hill Road, Plainview.
