Behind the new Elevation Burger is Asif Siddiqui, of New Hyde Park. “I first heard about Elevation Burger from friends who drove 45 minutes to the nearest location in Yonkers,” said Siddiqui. “I couldn't understand the allure that would have people driving nearly an hour and decided to take my family to see what the buzz was about.” Impressed by what he saw—and tasted— he decided, “This would do good on Long Island.”

Siddiqui said his unit is among the chain’s first to sport a new design. The 1,750-square-foot sleek restaurant is decorated with blonde-wood tables, black wire-mesh seating, black subway-tile walls and stone floors.
