
YOU ARE INVITED to a FREE 30 minute beginner cardio kick class on Sunday, May 1st, at 10:30 AM. This class if for anyone 14 and up who is interested in the cardio kickboxing program but has not yet tried a class. It's a great way to be introduced to the program before jumping into an actual class.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please arrive about 15 mintues early. We will start promtly at 10:30 and end at 11:00 AM. You must bring a CLEAN pair of sneakers with you that you can change into once you get here. We do not want any dirt or glass in the training area.
