Kidfixers Relocating in Syosset

Kidfixers, the Syosset-based pediatric division of ProHealth Care Associates, is relocating to 575 Underhill Blvd. in Syosset, where it recently signed a lease.

According to Syosset-based Long Island Industrial, which owns and operates the commercial property, Kidfixers will occupy 5,200 square feet in the building. Open 365-days a year, Kidfixers, a four-doctor practice, will occupy a corner unit with a private entry that is visible from the main road.

The building was recently renovated, and includes a cafe on the first floor. The renovation, and its proximity to Syosset Hospital, are selling points to medical-related tenants, according to Long Island Industrial.

Lease rates at 575 Underhill Blvd. range from $9.50-$28 per square foot, according to the company’s website.
