Customer Service Trainer Randi Busse Offers Two Sessions at Fair Media Council's Connection Day Major Media Conference

Back by popular demand, customer service trainer Randi Busse will conduct a special breakout session, ‘How to Turn Customers into Brand Advocates,’ at the Fair Media Council’s Connection Day conference on Friday, Oct. 21, 2016 at Briarcliffe College, Bethpage, N.Y.
In a highly interactive and energetic presentation, Busse will facilitate a dialogue about the customer experience that employees are providing to their customers and compare it to the customer experience that employees are having when they themselves are customers.
“Today, everyone at every organization is responsible for customer service,” said Fair Media Council CEO Jaci Clement. “That’s what makes a session with Randi Busse so valuable and important for staff at every level.”
In this breakout session on creating brand advocates, attendees will discover:
- What Customers Want
- The Difference Between Customer Service and Customer Loyalty
- The Role of Social Media in Customer Service
- Why a Complaint is a Four-Letter Word
- How To Improve the Stories Your Customers Are Telling
- What To Do To Inspire Your Customers To Refer You
In addition to how to turn customers into brand advocates, a variety of breakout sessions are offered throughout the day.
