Long Island Industrial Announces More Than 20,000 Square Feet of Leasing Activity at 270 Duffy Avenue in Hicksville, N.Y.

Daniels Norelli Scully & Cecere, a debt collection law firm, will relocate to the 7,360 square-foot space from their previous location, 1 Old Country Rd. in Carle Place, N.Y. The multi–tenant building will host some of Long Island’s most prestigious offices and industrial tenants. • Chlogan Eyewear, a company specializing in managed frames had signed a 3,100-square-foot lease at the Long Island Industrial Property.
• Culicover & Shapiro, a janitorial brushes manufacturer, renewed a 4,200-square-foot lease.
