Officers Help Deliver Baby Girl in Plainview

The delivery took place at a Blanche Street home Tuesday night.

Police officers and ambulance technicians helped make a special delivery Tuesday night.

Two ambulances and police officers responded to a 33-year-old woman who was in labor at a Blanche Street home at 8:45 p.m.

AMTs and officers made the decision to deliver the baby at the home.

After a successful delivery, the mother and daughter were taken to an area hospital in good condition police said.
