Legislator Judy Jacobs (D-Woodbury) was invited to be a Guest Reader during the Parents As Reading Partners (PARP) program at Plainview-Old Bethpage Kindergarten Center in Plainview on Monday, Jan. 27. Legislator Jacobs read one of her favorite books to the children, "Oh the Places You’ll Go," by Dr. Seuss. The students enjoyed the book and they had a wonderful time talking to Leg. Jacobs about what legislators do and the types of laws that are passed.
