Nassau Man With Cognitive Disorder Reported Missing
The 28-year-old was last seen heading to work on Monday.

PLAINVIEW, NY - A Plainview man with a cognitive disorder was reported missing on Tuesday morning, according to Nassau Police.
Nelson Joseph, 28, was last seen leaving his Summit Court home on foot to take a public bus to his place of work in Westbury on Monday.
He is described as 5-foot-11, 160 pounds, brown eyes and a black/brown goatee.

He was last seen wearing black sneakers, red sweatpants and a red sweatshirt.
Joseph suffers from a cognitive disorder and is in need of medication.
