Do you take loads of pills every day? You have to check this out.
Do you often forget to take your medication at the right time?
You’re in luck: Two Plainview residents just changed the game for anyone who takes a lot of pills on a daily basis.
Jason Littman and Terence O’Shea, graduates of POBJFK Class of 2010, created a Kickstarter for their invention Lumma and have already raised over $90,000.

What is Lumma?
It’s designed to help people who struggle with taking medications. It is the first at-home system that automatically sorts and dispenses your pills on a customized schedule or on-demand. All you have to do is wirelessly connect the Lumma system to any smartphone via the Lumma app. It can hold up to three months of pills and sends alerts via push notification, text or email, so you’ll remember to take your medications at the right time.
Littman and O’Shea’s Kickstarter campaign ends Friday night. If you support their invention, or would like to order a Lumma for yourself or someone you know, you can help these two local residents reach $1000,000 to meet their Kickstarter goal by donating here.
