Worker Injured After Falling Off Ladder At Plainview Construction Site
The man's injuries are believed to be non life-threatening.
PLAINVIEW, NY - A worker was injured after falling off a ladder at a construction site in Plainview on Thursday morning, Nassau Police confirmed.
The Plainview Fire Department responded to a call at the new Country Pointe development on 1425 Old Country Road at about 7:23 a.m.
The man was found in a hole on the floor after falling 20 feet from a ladder.

The workman was extracted from the hole, treated then transported via Suffolk police helicopter to Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow.
His injuries are believed to be non life-threatening.
