WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NY —Heavy rainfall and flooding are once again beginning to take a toll on roadways in the Hudson Valley.
A flooding-related road closure has shut down a stretch of the Taconic State Parkway in Mount Pleasant, according to the New York State Department of Transportation.

The closure affects both directions, between Stevens Avenue and Commerce Street, where all lanes were closed shortly before noon.
