Pleasantville To Hold Community Costume Swap

This "spooktacular" event will take place over the next two Saturdays.

PLEASANTVILLE, NY — In a community that cares about sustainability, village officials have announced a Halloween costume swap. It'll take place the next two Saturdays.

Residents can bring gently used Halloween decorations and costumes from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 5 and 12 to the Memorial Plaza Gazebo, beside the Pleasantville Farmers Market, and take home something "new" for kids and adults too. Oh, and Halloween decor will be accepted at this "spooktacular" event as well.

  • Bring clean, gently used costumes. Dirty, ripped, torn costumes will be refused.
  • You do not have to bring a costume to take one. Likewise, you may drop off without leaving with one.
  • We do accept decor items in good/working condition.
  • Two costume/ decor limit on October 5th & 12th.
  • Leftover costumes will be donated.
