Community to Have Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony in Port Chester

Only 15 raised garden plots are available for the 2016 season.

The Weber Community Garden will hold a ribbon-cutting event Saturday, April 2.

People can sign up for one of the 15 available raised garden plots, which are free of charge for the 2016 season, beginning at 2 p.m. It’s first come, first served. Sign-up for the mosaic bench workshop is at the same time.

The ribbon cutting will be held at 3 p.m., followed by a garden tour at 3:30 p.m. and a garden workshop at 4 p.m., hosted by Victor Ziminsky IV.
