Port Chester's Saltaire Oyster Bar and Fish House Hosts 'Wine + Brine'
The evening will feature bites from the new lunch menu, wine and oysters with an array of sauces by Executive Chef Bobby Will.

If chilled oysters and a nice glass of wine is right up your alley, you won’t want to miss an exclusive first look at Saltaire Oyster Bar and Fish House’s new private dining space in Port Chester.
The restaurant will preview its upcoming “Wine + Brine” promotion on Tuesday, Dec. 1, hosted by owner Les Barnes. The evening will feature bites from the new lunch menu, wine and oysters with an array of sauces by Executive Chef Bobby Will.
The tasting will take place in Saltaire’s new private dining room where Les will demo his oyster shucking tips.
