Rye Brook Police to Hold Child Car Seat Safety Check

Young people will also be able to check their bicycle skills.

RYE BROOK, NY — Rye Brook police will be conducting a free child passenger safety seat checkup Saturday, September 24.

The event will be presented along with Safe Kids Westchester and will also feature a bike rodeo.

Certified technicians will check car seats to make sure they fit and are properly installed.

They will also see if the car seats fall under any recalls or expiration notices.

Young people will be able to check their bicycle skills and test their safety IQ.

No reservations are necessary.

The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Rye Brook Village Hall, 938 King St. in Rye Brook.
