Westchester Bed Bath & Beyond Among 7 In NY Slated To Close
The company announced it will permanently shutter 200 stores across the country; 37 of those locations were announced today.

PORT CHESTER, NY — Bed Bath & Beyond announced today that its Port Chester location will be among 37 stores that will close in the next few weeks.
The company previously said it would close as many as 200 stores nationwide in order to focus on its e-commerce business. Company officials said the location will close permanently by the end of February. The store has already announced an "everything must go" liquidation sale.
Meanwhile, Bed Bath & Beyond has been remodeling 450 stores which are not scheduled for closure, according to the company's most recent earnings report.

In addition to the Port Chester store, which anchors The Waterfront shopping center in Port Chester, one other Hudson Valley location is included in this first round of closures. The Spring Valley location is also having a going out business sale, according to the New Jersey-based company.
