A-1 Roofing & Siding Receives CertainTeed’s Prestigious 5-Star Siding Contractor Certification

(Valley Forge, Pa.) – A-1 Roofing & Siding, Port Jefferson Station, New York, recently received CertainTeed Corporation’s 5-Star Siding Contractor certification. The program provides contractors with high-level training and tools to improve installation skills as well as enhanced product information for CertainTeed’s vinyl and polymer siding and Restoration Millwork™ Exterior PVC Trim.

To attain CertainTeed 5-Star status, contractors must have proof of insurance and complete and pass the CertainTeed siding education programs, consisting of the Restoration Millwork Master Craftsman program, the Vinyl Siding Master Craftsman program and the Vinyl Siding Institute (VSI) Certified Installer Program.
