Why all of a sudden is the Port Jefferson Village Mayor Garant hell bent on razing a historic home at 49 Sheep Pasture Rd . Why pull the trigger so quickly as the building has been there since the 1700's. Could a builder or realestate company be interested in building on the property? Is there an ulterior motive by the Mayor and Trustees to push this deal through so quickly, "all of a sudden"?
