PORT JEFFERSON, NY — Late Knight Warriors is hosting an evening of bowling on Friday at Port Jefferson Station.
The event will run from 7 to 9 p.m.
The all-ages fundraiser will benefit Paws of War, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting active military members, veterans, and first responders through the healing power of animals and international rescue efforts.
Guests will enjoy two hours of bowling, raffles, prizes, and opportunities to connect with fellow community members while supporting a meaningful cause.
A large portion of proceeds from ticket sales, the Chinese auction, and the 50/50 raffle will be donated directly to Paws of War. In addition, 100 percent of donations will support the rescue and transportation efforts to bring the puppy of a military member, who is named Princess, safely to the United States.
Attendees will also have the chance to win from an incredible lineup of raffle prizes generously donated by local businesses and community partners including Fox Hollow, Salsa Salsa, Castaways, Nantucket, Kilwins, Joey Z’s, Spice & Tea Exchange, Billie’s 1890, Slurp Ramen, Prohibition Port Jeff, Port Jefferson Ice Cream Cafe, Surf Shack, Boat Yard, and Surfside.
'Their generosity is helping make this event even more impactful while showcasing the strength of our local community," organizers said.
General Admission tickets are $30 and include bowling, shoe rental, unlimited fountain drinks, one slice of pizza, one door prize raffle ticket, and a tax-deductible donation.
Spectator tickets are available for $15 and include a raffle ticket and tax-deductible donation.
