Barnum parking lot circus

The Barnum Ave "resident" lot is filled with Shipwreck apartment workers pick up trucks and someone took down the Resident parking only sign. This is a "sign" of things to come. Evidently someone took the sign down with permission or not. If with,why? If not, put up another and enforce it as other lots are policed. Parking is one of the only rights left exclusively to residents.
