Bennett Earns E-Pro Certification From NAR

Richard Bennett, a real estate salesperson affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Mt. Sinai regional office, has successfully earned the e-PRO® certification from the National Association of REALTORS®.

The National Association of REALTORS (NAR) developed the e-PRO official technology program to better meet the challenges of today’s real estate market. The e-PRO curriculum expands an agent’s real estate technology skills and helps him or her to connect with consumers online via social media, email marketing and web site promotion.

“Today’s consumers begin their real estate search online,” said Katherine Ferraro, branch office manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Mt. Sinai regional office. “With an increasing number of consumers using online tools and social media to search for their homes, it is essential for today’s agents to have the knowledge and training necessary to connect with these consumers and meet their technological needs.”

Bennett joins more than 30,000 real estate professionals who have completed the program and earned the NAR e-PRO certification.
