Just how much tax money is tied up and for how many years with Bonds the the Port Jefferson Village Mayor and Trustees have saddled us with, without a vote during questionable times, as the power company issue is still looming. Not once with the exception of the School Board Bond issue, has the Mayor and Board of Trustees mentioned the potential impact Bond issues would have on the power company issue. The Mayor has put the taxpayers in debt for a long long time with no concern with outside factors in my opinion.
