Brook Road Port Jefferson parking lot, toxic plume

What is not being said?

So if the Village administration is considering additional parking for the soon to come residents of the apartments upon the old Gudzik property, they are probably looking at Brook Rd. Some of the address' do not come up on Google as was 303 Barnum Ave, the house the administration purched to raze for a parking lot. Very strange these address' don't appear isn't it. Despite the fact the Gudzik property and any other on Brook are sitting on the Lawrence Aviation toxic plume, the taxpayers should be aware of any plans, purchases, or other moves the administration is contemplating or involved in in the earliest stages. Lets keep things above board . And lets make sure the potential residents of both apartment complexes and any other location within the Village on the toxic plume, are made aware of the situation so they can make an intelligent decision to rent, purchase or buy. In my opinion, due to the fact that the Village administration is aware of the plume and its location prompts me to expect them to make the potential residents fully aware of the circumstances . The Town of Brookhaven Law 5.1.14 states that an advisory notice on COs for properties over a toxic plum from a Superfund site must be made. This is an update of the original article. Have any rentors at the 201 West Broadway Shipwreck apartments been made aware of the EPA map showing the Lawrence Aviation toxic plume beneath the earth at that spot.
