Bullies at schools must be hold responsible for their actions
Center Moriches- A senior at Center Moriches High School says that his own district failed to protect him and his classmates from bullying that's occurring at school.
His mother, Debra Tetro is still very angry and upset about what occurred at a house party by two fellow teenage students from the high school last month. According to Ms. Tetro, two students who are known to bully brutally beat up her son Ethan. Earlier that day inside the boys bathroom, the two bullies verbally attacked him inside the bathroom earlier that same day before the house party.
Two high school student senior Derek Pedrone, and junior Anthony Raccuglia are the two individuals named in a lawsuit that the Treto family has filed against the Center Moriches School District. It's been confirmed that both teenagers are charged with misdemeanor assault that have been related to the horrible beating at the party.

According to Tretos lawyer, the school district has violated their own conduct, even though this incident happened off the campus property, which is a no bullying tolerance. The school district failed to do anything and take action about the brutal attack at the house party.
The schools code of conduct addresses off campus related incidents that include misconduct that endangers the safety and health of students.
