It is is my opinion that the Village administration is contemplating invading areas of the Village which are protected by NY State alienation Law for uses not included in their Parkland status such as parking lots. It is my contention that based on the fact they approved a portion of the Joe Erland Park for the DEC project without NY State permission, they would not hesitate to invade Highland Blvd or Joe Erland Parkland properties again. Just what projects are on the way that the residents and taxpayers are unaware of?
