Six choral students at Comsewogue High School in the Comsewogue School District recently performed as part of an exclusive group of musicians at the Eastern Regional Conference of the American Choral Director Association (ACDA) in Providence, Rhode Island.

“Participating at the ACDA Eastern Regional Conference gave our students the unforgettable experience of performing under esteemed directors and alongside musicians from across the U.S.,” said Comsewogue High School Chorus/Drama Teacher Alyssa Stephens. “We are so proud of these students for representing Comsewogue School District at such a selective event.”

Junior Emma Samghabadi, sophomore Annmarie Kosak, senior Macy Carter, sophomore Gabriella Blouin, senior Thomas McGuire and senior Gianna Carpino auditioned among hundreds of students across the eastern U.S. for an opportunity to perform at the American Choral Director Association event.
