GORDON HEIGHTS, NY — Suffolk police officers responded to a 911 call reporting shots fired in Gordon Heights on Tuesday.
A call came in that shots were fired on Granny Road at about 9 p.m., and when police arrived, officers were “unable to find any indication that a shooting had taken place,” police said.

It was the second false call nearby about shots fired that officers responded to in a day.
