Coverup?

The Port Jefferson Village website seems to be the private instrument of Mayor Garant. Taxpayers have no access to the website to question, agree or disagree with the information contained in it. Perhaps the worst isssue is the ability of the Mayor to hold back important information . On August 11, 2016, State Supreme Court Judge Jerry Garguilo ruled against our Port Jefferson Villages' lawsuit to block the Caithness II power plant in Yaphank. This is a major loss for the Village taxpayers and should have been told to us immediately in the very, very expensive website we pay for. It was told to me 5 weeks ago that the website was new and additions and changes were being made. However many other anouncements and news have made it to the site. Why not an extremely importment subject such as the future of our financial health throughout the Village? It is time to clean house in my opinion.
