Do it the right way.

It seems the Port Jefferson Parking Committee is just running meetings as they wish. The meetings do not adhere to any sort of accepted formats, much like a grade school class meeting. Names are replaced with initials, agendas are missing, as to eliminate the taxpayers from any knowlege of whats happening at upcomming meetings; example September 19, 2019 meeting agenda missing as of 6:51 AM Thursday 2019. This committee is dealing with hundreds of thousands of dollars and should keep the taxpayers abreast, in an accepted format with notices, agendas, names of present members, spelled out and comprehensive minutes in a reasonable timeframe.
