PORT JEFFERSON STATION, NY — A dog was found safe a month after his owners' Port Jefferson Station home went on fire, News 12 Long Island reported. Zeke, a 6-year-old Labrador retriever mix, ran away on July 10 during the fire. Zeke's 83-year-old owner died in the fire, and her 76-year-old husband was hospitalized, according to News 12.
