Earl L. Vandermeulen High School Senior Honored as Outstanding Senior Science Student

Earl L. Vandermeulen High School senior Narin Karakurum has been selected as the Outstanding Senior Science Student by the Science Department at Earl L. Vandermeulen High School, a distinguished recognition of her academic excellence, dedication to scientific inquiry, and outstanding contributions to the school community.

This prestigious honor reflects the high regard in which Narin is held by the science faculty. Through her exceptional achievements in the classroom, commitment to learning, and passion for science, she has made a lasting impression on her teachers and peers alike.

Narin was formally recognized at the Annual Awards Dinner hosted by the Executive Committee of the Suffolk Section of the Science Teachers Association of New York State (STANYS). The event celebrates outstanding science students from schools throughout Suffolk County and acknowledges their academic accomplishments and potential for future success in scientific fields.
