Senior Fitness Workshop - 6 Sessions

Registrations is required for this workshop.

This senior program is lead by certified personal trainer Michele Ricciardi. Have fun while getting fit with this basic weight training and body toning workshop.  Movements will be performed standing, supine, side-lying and prone.  Checking with your your physician before beginning any exercise regime is recommended.

Water, exercise mat, towel and weights (1-5lbs) is recommended.
