Zumba at PJ Free Library

Do you want to improve your balance, flexibility and cardiovascular strength?  Then this program is for you, Zumba combines dance rhythms with strength training.     

  • Instructor:  Amy Faicco
  • Who: for active adults 18 years and older. You should check with your physician before beginning any exercise regime. 

It's recommended for students to wear comfortable clothing and to bring a water bottle.  Registration is required.
