Zumba with Amy Faicco - Wednesdays

Do you want to improve your balance, flexibility and cardiovascular strength? Then this program is for you, Zumba combines dance rhythms with strength training.     

  • Instructor:  Amy Faicco
  • When: Wednesdays at 6pm 
  • Who: designed for those who want a High Energy Class!

It's recommended for students to wear comfortable clothing and to bring a water bottle.  Registration is required.
