CAPTAIN FISH of Port Jefferson NY has been catching plenty of Blackfish with full boat limits coming aboard. Water temps presently are 55.5 degrees. Cold weather starts tomorrow, FRi Nov 14th, and with that a drop in water temps may change where we will find Blackfish, typically moving to deeper water. Only a handfull of nice days ahead of us , so go fishing, but make sure you dress very warmly. Blackfish are great fun to catch, they are great fighters.
