Queens Woman Nabbed In Suffolk Massage Parlor Raid: Police
The raid was prompted by community complaints, Suffolk police said.
PORT JEFFERSON, NY — A 37-year-old Flushing woman was charged with the unlawful practice of a profession during a massage parlor raid in Port Jefferson on Tuesday afternoon, Suffolk police said.
She was released on a Desk Appearance Ticket returnable to First District Court in Central Islip on a later date, according to police.
Sixth Squad detectives and Crime Section officers, in conjunction with the Brookhaven Town offices of the Building Inspector and Fire Marshal, as well as town investigators, were prompted to investigate the location after receiving community complaints about an unnamed spa in suite D on Medical Drive, police said.

The raid took place at about 3:30 p.m.
Several violations were also issued by the town, according to police.
