It pays to have friends in the administration

Just as the administration is providing parking for the low income apartment dwellers on Barnum Avenue and the apartments at 217 West Broadway, they are going to do the same for the low income apartments on Texaco. Never before has the existing Mayor and administration provided additional parking uptown for the residents but now that a non resident builds the apartments to house others from out of town, they ok additional parking. What about the residents who have been without parking for years, are they just stuck or being eliminated through the mayors, absurd in my opinion, revitalization plan. She sure does take care of those builders.
