It seems the Port Jefferson Village administration is so very determined to raze zombie houses in the Village. However in my opinion along with the western gateway gargantuan four story apartment complex blemish , there lies another eyesore the administration has done nothing about for many many years. That being the Gudzik property on the corner of West Broadway and Brook Rd. The administration was lack in having the building demolished and now the property surronded with a temporary fence has gone to debris, weeds, junk and highlights the lack of concern for the first impression people have entering our Village. A small historic house in a quiet residential zone on Sheep Pasture Rd is destined to be demolished but the vacant lot on West Broadway is allowed to continue to be completely unattended. Is it who you know?
