
Police are investigating a robbery in Port Jefferson Station that occurred Sunday night.
According to police, a man entered the Kool Mart, located at 600 Hallock Avenue at about 7:43 p.m. and demanded cash from an employee.
The employee complied with the man’s demand and the robber fled on foot, possibly northbound on Olympia Street, police said.

The robber is described as white, in his mid 20s, 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-9. He was wearing black pants, a black fleece hoodie with the hood up, and a brown stocking cap style mask on his head at the time of the robbery, police said.
The Port Jefferson Station Carvel on Route 112 was robbed last week. No arrests have been made in either robbery.
