Minutes?

According to the Port Jefferson Village website, there are at least 11 Groups and Committees that assist the Village administration in various areas of Village concerns, from Parking to Parks and more. These committees and groups are probably doing a great job, however their accomplishments and work are not made known through the social media the taxpayers are paying for, the Village website. There are no visable records, minutes, that I can find with the acception of the Parking committee. Shouldn't the residents know what is guiding the future regarding the Village without having to go to 10 or more meetings a month? Thats what minutes are for.
