Mount Sinai man arrested with reckless endangerment

Don't point lasers in sky

A Mount Sinai man, Robert Simione 73, has been arrested and is accused of pointing a laser at an Army Air National Guard Black Hawk helicopter.

He was arrested at his home with reckless endangerment.
