The Mayor and board have approved more than $525,000 in a May 16, 2016 Bond for a parking lot that the tax payers are responsible for plus an undivulged amount for an other parking lot on residental RB2 zoned Barnum Avenue on the Joe Earland Park. It seems the money does not go for the resident taxpayers its earmarked for the business owners benefit. Hopefully this regime is ending.
