How can Garant and the Trustees of Port Jefferson Village approve a company, Port Jefferson Rowing Club, to rent paddle boards and kayacks without a bid? They were chastised before by the Attorney General of New York State for the same issue. If a bid went out it was in the dark of night. Direct us to the bid if it had been issued.
