Police Release Photos, Video of Man Wanted in Attempted Robbery at Port Jeff Station Carvel
The incident occurred last month.

Police are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate a man who attempted to rob the Port Jefferson Station Carvel last month.
Accoridng to police, the man pictured above and seen in the video below entered the Carvel located at 407 Patchogue Road around 4:25 p.m. on Sept. 15.
He demanded money and when an employee did not comply, he fled the store, police said.

The robber was described as possibly Hispanic, 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-10, with a medium build and facial hair.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
