Police Seeking Man Who Stole Wallet From Store Counter

Police are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the person pictured above who they say stole a wallet from a store counter in Port Jefferson in July.

A customer left his wallet that contained credit cards and money on the counter of 7-Eleven, located at 84 North Country Road, on July 27 at about 9 a.m. The man pictured took the wallet and then fled the store, police said.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
