Daniel Holland and Cassandra Meehan are the newest tenured educators in the district.

Those were the words that Port Jefferson School District Director of Special Education Dr. Jodi Cahill used to introduce two tenured educators in the district: Daniel Holland and Cassandra Meehan.
The Edna Louise Spear Elementary School principal then lauded both teaching assistants at the November board of education meeting. Mr. Holland was commended for his cheerful attitude, sportsmanship and commitment to the well-being of students. Ms. Meehan was applauded for her flexibility, adaptability and teamwork.
