The Lawrence Aviation Corporation and it's CEO, Cohen, are now responsible for the Superfund site cleanup they created, millions of dollars. Why hasn't the Port Jefferson Village administration sued for expenses incurred for the Village assisted cleanup of the plume that effects a mile long path through the Village such as: Parkland property at Caroline and Brook, mechanical devices, remediation systems in the High School basements and homes throughout the Village. Why should the taxpayers be subject to these burdens? If the administration has or is in anyway investigating this issue, let the taxpayers know if not, do your job.
