Shots Fired In Coram, Status Of Shooter Unclear

BREAKING: No one was struck by the gunfire Tuesday morning, police say.

CORAM, NY – Shots were fired during a fight at a Coram home Tuesday morning, Suffolk Police said.

The dispute between two people occurred at residence on Route 112, north of Granny Road, in Coram around 8:50 a.m. One person fired three shots at the other individual involved in the dispute, police said.

No one was injured the person who was shot at was removed from the scene, police said.

The status of the shooter, however, remains unclear. Emergency Service and 6th Precinct officers remain on the scene Tuesday afternoon.
