THE WARD MELVILLE ICE HOCKEY TEAM TRYOUTS! For the 2013-14 Season

Developmental (Freshmen): 7:50-8:50 PM
JV/Varsity: 9-10 PM

• You must be a student in the Three Village School District.

• Must be at least 12 years old

• Freshman players are grade 7 thru 9 (candidates cannot turn 16 prior to 
April 1, 2014)

• Varsity and JV players. Grade 9 through 12  

Players are expected to arrive 45 minutes prior to start of tryout in order to 
complete paperwork and dress. 

Players must bring a copy of 2013-14 USA Hockey Registration (available at 
www.usahockeyregistration.com ) and complete equipment. You cannot go on the 
ice without both. 

Tryout fee: $40 per player
